Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before delivery/shipment (Only valid on orders placed and delivered in India): Prior to delivery/shipment of your order, you can cancel the order any time by accessing your Bachpan.store account and selecting the 'My Account' section. The refund for such cancelled products will be credited to you within 5 business days after we process your cancellation request.

  • You cannot cancel individual product(s) within an order. If you cancel any product(s), the entire order will be cancelled. 
  • If the product or order has already been delivered to you, the Return & Exchange policy terms will apply.
  • We will inform you of our approval or disapproval of your cancellation request through email or text.
  • Once an order cancellation request is made, it cannot be undone. In such cases, you will need to place a new order.
  • If an order is cancelled while it is in transit, we will initiate the refund only once the products are received and verified back at our warehouse.
  • If a user has purchased one product along with another product as part of a cart offer or any discount offer, cancelling one product will result in the cancellation of all products purchased through the same cart offer.
  • For product(s) purchased through a specific cart offer or any other discount offer within the order, if any of the products are delivered to the user, the cancellation will not be applicable to the other products included in the same cart offer.
  • Exchange Policy: Product will be shipped in 2-3 days after exchange is requested? - We got you covered if you feel you like another design better or if you prefer a different size and we’ll be happy to exchange the product if the exchange request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. The exchange will be processed after the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected for any missing items, original packaging, hang tags, damages, wear and tear etc.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for the cancelled orders/ Length of the refund process: 

  • If you cancel your order before delivery/shipment, we will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request. 
  • If the cancellation occurs after the shipment has been dispatched or if the products are returned, we will initiate the refund once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
  • If any or all of the products included in an order that used a coupon or offer are cancelled, the coupon code or offer will no longer be applicable to that order. The refund will not include the benefit of the coupon or offer. 
  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment within 5 business days after we receive the products back. 
  • It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the billing details you provided. This process will be completed within 5 business days after we receive the products back and receive your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and will be considered as used even if you cancel the order.

Return & Refund

  • Bachpan.store provides its customers with an 'Easy Return & Exchange Policy' where you can request a return for any individual product or return all the products in your order within 15 days of delivery.
  • You can do this by logging into your Bachpan.store account and accessing the 'My Account' section. Please note that a return request can only be made once per order.
  • If you checked out of Bachpan.store as a 'guest' and want to initiate a return or cancellation request, you can do so by registering with us using the same email ID and/or phone number used during the guest checkout. 
  • After creating an account, sign in to our Bachpan.store platform and access the 'My Account' section where all your orders will be displayed. From there, you can raise a return or cancellation request for one or all the products in the order.
  • Please ensure that you return your product(s) in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies, along with the original receipt. Properly pack the product(s) when returning them. 
  • Please note that if you hand an incorrect product(s) to our courier service partner, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur to the incorrect product during transit or otherwise.
  • Once we receive the original product(s) at our warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will process the refund for the original product(s) as applicable.
  • For all the pin codes where pickup service is available through reputed couriers, the return pickup will take place within 5 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays). 
  • However, there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control. We will not be liable for such delays and request your cooperation as we strive to minimize such instances.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered with. 
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty. If products are used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery.

Totle ensures that the shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, or if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition, or have been sent the wrong product, you can request a refund by logging into your account and accessing the 'My Account' section of the platform.

We will arrange for the pickup of the products within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund process only after we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Please note that we do not offer replacements.

If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, a return can only be initiated once per order, and any product being returned must be returned in full, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that came with it.

Please ensure that the shipping address and the return pickup address are the same. However, if the products are gifted to another person, we understand that the shipping address and the billing address may be different.

Refunds for the returned orders/ Length of the process:

  • In the case of a return, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined/promotional offer(s) are returned, the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
  • For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours after we receive the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the billing details you provided. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours after we receive the products back and receive your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product(s) in the form of store credit, which can be used within 6 months from the date of the credit note. We will issue a credit note for the product of equal value, excluding any shipping charges or applicable taxes. The estimated transit time for a returned product to reach us is typically 7 to 14 working days. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be initiated in the form of store credits.
